TCG BDC, Inc. Declares Special Dividend of $0.18 per Share
New York - TCG BDC, Inc. (together with its consolidated subsidiaries, “we,” “us,” “our,” “TCG BDC” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CGBD) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a special dividend of $0.18 per share, which is payable on January 17, 2020 to stockholders of record as of December 31, 2019.
